Am I a Press on Girlie?

I have finally hopped on the trend and tried press on nails and so far, I am in love! What made me want to try this method for my nails anyway was me wanting to try a new length and shape without paying a ridiculous amount of money for it knowing I probably wouldn't like it. I always thought almond shaped nails looked so chic and classy so I did some research and decided to go for it.
After watching countless videos on TikTok and reading reviews, I decided to purchase the BTArtbox Soft Gel Nail Tips. I choose this item for two main reasons; one, because I was looking for a soft gel nail for a more natural, salon look. The second reason was that this was a kit, so most of the products needed all came together and I didn't have to go search for them. The kit comes with multiple nails and sizes, gel glue, gel top coat, a nail file, and a mini uv light to individually cure your nails.
I've always been more a natural girlie when it came to my nails. Even in high school, I would alternate between French tip, American tip, and Cotton Candy. As I got older my preference switched to a "pinkish clear", nude pinks and browns and white nails. This isn't saying I still didn't dabble in other colors, but I was always uncomfortable with them.
Now for length preference...
I am someone who uses their hands A LOT, so short nails have ALWAYS been the preference. For me, it is just easier for my day to day. So I ordered the SHORT almond set and chile, these things are far from short (to me). I don't know if I just have a short nail bed or what but I feel like I have on claws....but they're SO CUTE!!! HA!

This was my first set, but I definitely want to try a shorter lenght and my OG shape, square.
Until next time,
